In his role at the firm, Michael identifies investment opportunities and expands Rexmark's global relationships with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and high-net-worth individuals. His expertise spans the full breadth of real estate practice, with concentrations in structured finance, capital markets, and asset management.
Across his career, he has led the acquisition, financing, redevelopment, asset management, and sale of over $10 billion of real estate throughout the United States and Europe — work that has spanned every asset class.
Prior to founding Rexmark, Michael served as Vice President at The Moinian Group, a New York–based privately held real estate firm with $8 billion in assets under management.
